Since 2003, Northwood Technology has been the most reliable name in Ireland for CCTV and security tech for the commercial, residential, government, aviation, retail, and traffic sectors. The Dublin and Cork-based company provide cutting-edge security systems, and share their knowledge through product demos and training courses.

They were in secure hands when they hired Matrix to create a new site to highlight their wide range of products and services.

Northwood wanted an engaging, informative site that complemented their renowned customer service reputation and their future-facing goal of bridging the gap between security and the smart tech industry. Based on a comprehensive, collaborative user experience workshop, we developed a roadmap to achieve their goals — a modern, UX-driven site that showcased their products and services, with separate experiential training and knowledge sections that could educate their target customers.

With complex technology, clarity is crucial. We enhanced the site further with a full content rewrite, crystallising their concepts, goals and expertise into informative, conversion-driven messaging. This clarity is complemented by an elegant, minimalist design, with an intuitive, seamless journey through product catalogues and brochures, advice for their target sectors, comprehensive information on their free training courses and tutorial videos.
