Matrix first shared details of the SEO update back in March.
John Mueller, a Webmaster Trends Analyst at Google, has confirmed on Twitter that the previously announced update has now been fully rolled out.
This represents the first time that Google has given mobile-friendliness an SEO boost since first introducing it as a ranking factor in April 2015.
