Learnware UX

The Brief

Learnware are a leading global provider of online training solutions and software. They provide best in class software and modern training techniques. Online training software is a defined ( intangible ) product, requiring careful online presentation to convince potential customers to convert. Learnware had a defined set of marketing objectives and immediately engaged with Matrix’s UX team to create a website that would be designed to convert viewers to customers at a high rate. A careful UX planning process would be required to make Learnware’s website stand out from the competition.

The Solution

Our UX team hosted several workshops with Learnware to discover / observer the key behaviors of the target audience. Detailed psychological profiling resulted in accurate / defined buyer personas, which would provide valuable insights into the typical customer journey. This exercise also provided clues for the likely on-site factors that would help / hinder the conversion rate of the website.

A detailed benchmarking process was carried out and provided some valuable insights into best practices globally. Matrix Internet’s UX team also carefully explored the key values of Learnware in order to identify potential USPs to be promoted on the website.
