We were approached by the Japanese Embassy of Ireland to help them with their current website which required a fairly comprehensive overhaul. This involved rebuilding an old outdated site with a new platform built in a clean, transparent and professional way. The Embassy wanted to make the website appear more professional and ensure that the formats and phrasing used throughout were consistent.
In addition we had to fix a large number of broken links, photos on incorrect pages, and English errors which needed to be corrected, among other problems. All work had to be carried out to a pre-defined standard and set of templates which are used globally by all Embassy of Japan sites..
All work was carried in HTML code and also we were required to install and train some Embassy staff on Dreamweaver CS6.
There was a requirment to make changes to the site in both English and Japanese. Strict Security Policies also meant all work had to be carried out on-site by our developer who was cleared for access to the Embassy Computer Systems.
The Japanese Embassy expressed their utmost satisfaction with the professionalism and efficiency of the Matrix Internet team during the entire project.

what people say
Unlike other web development companies I've dealt with before, Matrix always respond quickly and positively to any feature or design changes we need done to the site. Being able to have things implemented in a timely manner allows us to develop ideas and marketing plans and have them in place at the right times. Also, being able to work with them on digital marketing ideas and processes takes a lot of pressure off us to work out the mine field that online marketing can be.
