Matrix approached Rent a Recruiter as a connected digital discovery project rather than a single-channel review.
We examined how the website performed for key personas, audited UX and UI issues affecting navigation, trust, accessibility, and conversion, and benchmarked national and international recruitment competitors across six usability metrics. We also developed an SEO strategy covering technical issues, content quality, metadata, image optimisation, backlinks, and reporting. Alongside this, we helped strengthen brand consistency and put longer-term technical support, hosting, maintenance, and cybersecurity planning in place to support a more scalable export operation.
