Applications are now open for the next cohort of the Digital4Business Joint Professional Master’s Degree in Advanced Digital Technologies for Business, starting in September 2026.

As a proud partner in the Digital4Business consortium, Matrix is delighted to support the promotion of this unique European Master’s programme, which is designed to help professionals, graduates and organisations build the advanced digital skills needed for today’s rapidly changing business environment.

The programme is fully funded for this intake, thanks to co-funding from the European Union and the Digital4Business consortium, making it an exceptional opportunity for learners who want to develop their expertise in areas such as artificial intelligence, data science, cloud computing, cybersecurity and digital transformation.

A Master’s designed for working professionals

The Digital4Business Master’s has been created for people who want to build advanced digital capability without stepping away from work or other commitments.

Although the programme follows a full-time structure, it is delivered fully online, with classes taking place in the evening. This makes it a realistic option for recent graduates, managers and ambitious professionals who want to continue working while completing an internationally accredited Master’s degree.

Learners complete a 60 ECTS Master’s over two semesters in one academic year, gaining a strong foundation in the technologies, strategies and leadership skills that are shaping the future of business.

More than lectures

Digital4Business is about more than academic delivery. The programme places a strong focus on practical learning, professional development and student support.

Students have access to a range of career-focused supports, including employability webinars, mentoring, peer exchange, one-to-one coaching and sessions covering areas such as CV development, networking, interview performance, communication and leading through digital change.

The programme also includes opportunities for industry engagement, work-based learning and networking, helping students connect what they learn to real business challenges.

This balance of technical knowledge, strategic thinking and practical support is central to the Digital4Business approach.

Learning that can be brought straight into the workplace

At Matrix, some members of our own team are enrolled on the Digital4Business programme, giving us first-hand experience of the value it offers.

What has stood out so far is how quickly the learning can be brought into day-to-day work. From digital transformation and emerging technologies to strategic thinking and business innovation, the programme is helping learners connect academic content with real workplace challenges.

For organisations, this is one of the key strengths of Digital4Business. The programme does not sit separately from the working world. It is designed to support professionals as they apply new ideas, frameworks and digital knowledge directly within their roles.

A valuable option for companies and teams

Digital4Business is also highly relevant for companies that want to invest in the digital skills of their workforce.

As businesses across Europe respond to rapid technological change, there is a growing need for teams who understand not only digital tools, but how to apply them strategically, responsibly and effectively.

For companies looking for shorter, focused upskilling opportunities, the Digital4Business micro-credentials are also a strong option. These courses allow professionals to build targeted knowledge in specific digital areas without committing to a full Master’s programme.

Whether through the full Master’s degree or through micro-credentials, Digital4Business offers a practical pathway for organisations that want to strengthen internal capability and prepare their teams for the future of work.
