The Brief

Life is change. And few things change as quickly and constantly as technology. This Belgian company rebranded because they updated their service offerings to keep pace with their market’s needs. Rebranding demands a new website, not least because the company changed its name. Moonoia needed a site that reflected its new identity and clearly spelled out its new services without losing continuity. The company wanted to develop a Hubspot site to take advantage of their customer relationship management software (CRM) and automatic workflows.

Moonoia offers digital document management solutions. They meticulously prepare and carefully scan paper documents either on-site or at their facilities. They provide a complete service categorising digital data for easy access and destroying paper documents as required for confidentiality.

The Solution

Matrix built a bespoke website on Hubspot COS. The look is sleek yet simple, and the content clearly explains Moonoia’s services and benefits. The automated workflow functionality means Moonoia staff have more time to spend on the tasks that require a human to do them. We included an obvious but unobtrusive ‘contact us’ button on every page as well as a form to complete to request a demo from Moonoia. The new site is easy to navigate so visitors can easily see what the company does, how the service could benefit them and how to reach Moonoia for more information.
